Supporting a technology business across bids and routes to market.

I spent 18 months supporting Delaware’s public-sector bids and framework applications, working within a business delivering Microsoft and SAP solutions.

My work helped secure access to G-Cloud 15, Technology Services 4, Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7, the Low Value Purchase System, the Artificial Intelligence DPS and YPO’s CRM Solutions framework.

My contribution: sustained, hands-on support with public-sector bidding and applications across a portfolio of procurement routes.

Bid Manager
2022–2023

Bid delivery inside a Microsoft partner environment.

I led and supported complex public-sector and commercial bids, working across sales and specialist teams. I acted as an internal framework subject-matter expert, including work relating to G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists, and Big Data & Analytics.

My contribution: bid management, qualification and review methods, compliance-related content and a reusable public-sector content library.

Turning delivery experience into public-sector evidence.

I wrote case studies to public-sector standards and supported framework applications for RedRock, a technology-agnostic consultancy.

The work brought its delivery experience into evidence suitable for the demands of public-sector procurement.

Forest of Avon Trust

Helping make the case for a new national forest.

I was the bid writer for Forest of Avon Trust on the successful partnership bid for the Western Forest.

The Forest of Avon-led partnership was selected to create the new national forest, bringing together regional organisations around a shared environmental and community ambition.

My contribution: bid writing in support of the successful partnership proposal. The award and programme are the achievement of the wider partnership.

International proposals for a learning technology business.

At Blackboard, I developed international technology proposals with sales, solution architects, DevOps, legal and other specialists.

Relevant experience: translating complex offerings into clear proposals while understanding the commercial and delivery commitments behind them.
